4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

4.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

El Tech Holding LLC and its authorized service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) to deliver SMS/text messages to your mobile device. 4.4 Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your application status and interactions. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. El Tech Holding LLC does not charge for SMS messages but is not responsible for carrier fees.
4.5 Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out request. You may also email elliot@eltechholding.com to be removed from our messaging list. Opting out of SMS/text messages, including those sent via ATDS, will not affect your eligibility for any services, funding, or products offered by El Tech Holding LLC.

5. Application and Funding Terms
By submitting an application through our website, you authorize El Tech Holding LLC to:
